Frank Dosch, CLU, ChFC

Frank Dosch graduated Summa Cum Laude from Ohio University with a Bachelors of Business Administration. He majored in marketing with a minor in economics. He obtained the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations from The American College.

Frank started with The Forker Company in 1979. Purchasing the Firm in 1988 from its founder, Robert Forker, CLU, Frank serves as President of The Forker Company.

Frank is a life and qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table, and a consistent qualifier for the National Quality Award and National Sales Achievement Award. He is a charter member of the Association of Health Insurance Agents (AHIA), member and past President of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors — Zanesville, and a member of the Society of Financial Services Professionals.

Active in the community, Frank is a member and past Chairman of the Zanesville Muskingum County Chamber of Commerce, Trustee Emeriti of the Muskingum County Community Foundation, past Treasurer of the United Way of Muskingum, Perry and Morgan Counties, past Board member of the Bishop Rosecrans Foundation, and a past Board member and Treasurer of Zanesville Rotary. He served as a Board member of a $3 billion Community Bank for 13 Years. Frank is also an active member of Grace United Methodist Church, serving on the Finance Committee and chairing the Grace Foundation Board.

Amy Dosch

Amy Dosch is Secretary/Treasurer of The Forker Company. She is responsible for all bookkeeping, financial statements, licensing, and office administration.

After attending Ohio University, Amy spent 18 years in Retail Management where she spent many of those years as a Director with Victoria's Secret Stores, Limited Brands. She joined The Forker Company in 2000.

An active member of Grace United Methodist Church, Amy serves on the Finance Committee and the Grace Foundation Board. She is a member of the Zanesville Muskingum County Chamber of Commerce.

Amy resides in Zanesville with her husband, Frank. They have three children, Jared, Lacey, and Justin. The joy of her life is her family, especially her four grandchildren, Lexi, Benjamin, Carley and Evan. Amy can be reached at: adosch@forkercompany.com.

Mike West, CLU

Mike West obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Marietta College. Prior to joining The Forker Company in 1995, Mike owned his own business from 1987 to 1995.

He obtained his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation from The American College. He is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, the Zanesville Country Club, past member of the Muskingum County Community Foundation Council, and is a member of Grace United Methodist Church.

Jared Dosch, CLU, CFP®

Jared Dosch is a life long resident of the Zanesville, Ohio area. He graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelors of Business Administration.

He started with The Forker Company in 2004. He received his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation from The American College and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ as well as a consistent qualifier for the National Quality Award.

Active in the Community, he is a member and Past President of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors — Zanesville, a member of the Zanesville Muskingum County Chamber of Commerce, a past Loaned Executive and  Leadership Giving Committee member for United Way, member of the Hills of Ohio Planned Giving Council, and is a member of St. Nicholas Church.

Shawn W. Phelps, MBA

Shawn Phelps graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ashland University with a Bachelors of Business Administration and Political Science. He later graduated Summa Cum Laude from Ashland University with a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Personal Finance. He obtained his Trust and Estate Planning Degree from Midwest Trust School at Bowling Green University, where Shawn was later an instructor.

Shawn started in banking in 1997 by helping families and small business owners in and around Licking County. In 2001 he began managing a local Trust Department in Zanesville and brings to the Forker Company his knowledge of managing personal finances for families and businesses in and around the area.

Active in the community, Shawn is actively involved in the United Way of Muskingum, Perry and Morgan Counties as a volunteer, Zane Grey Member, Board Member, and Past Chairman of the Board of Directors, Past President and Current Member of the Hills of Ohio Planned Giving Council, a Council Member of the Muskingum County Community Foundation, member of the Genesis Health Care System Finance Committee, past campaign chair for the Muskingum Valley Boy Scouts Muskingum County Campaign, and past member of the Zanesville Daybreak Rotary.

Brent Mirgon

Brent Mirgon has been an Associate of The Forker Company since 1995. He is a graduate of Zanesville High School and Ohio University. He is enrolled in courses leading to the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation through The American College.

An active member of St. Thomas Aquinas Church, he is actively involved with the West Muskingum Youth League. He is a member of the Zanesville Muskingum County Chamber of Commerce and is currently serving as President of The Carr Center Board of Directors. Brent has been a member of the Ohio Air National Guard since 1990. He enjoys playing golf, boating and coaching his two sons in a variety of sports.

Matthew Schreiber, CLU, RHU

Matt Schreiber graduated from Muskingum College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, with minors in Business and Economics, and also lettered in Varsity Football. He joined The Forker Company in 2002.  Matt obtained his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) designations from The American College.

An active member of Faith United Methodist Church, Matt is the past Financial Secretary and a member of the Faith Praise Band. He is a Past President and Past Board member of the Zanesville Jaycees and a Past Board Member of the Zanesville Muskingum County Chamber of Commerce, Zanesville Downtown Association Board Member, Muskingum County Community Foundation Council and Eastside Community Ministry Board Member.

Matt is an avid runner and tri-athlete and also enjoys golf and softball.

Sharon Crotzer

Sharon Crotzer joined The Forker Company in 2002 as an Account Representative.
She is a licensed life and health Agent and is a Notary Public for the State of Ohio.

A graduate of The Career Academy Division of Medical Assisting, Sharon had 15 years experience as a Certified Medical Assistant prior to joining The Forker Company.

An active member of the Market Street Baptist Church, Sharon enjoys traveling and is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters, the Yellowstone Foundation and the Ohio Historic Bridge Association.

Sharon resides in Zanesville with her husband, Steve. They have three daughters, Jessica, Amy, and Kambria, and five grandchildren, Matthew, Al, Michela, Andrew and Adam.

Abby Hittle

Abby Hittle is the "Director of First Impressions" at The Forker Company. Abby attended Mid-East Ohio Career and Technology Center. Prior to joining the Forker Company in 2006, Abby spent ten years serving her clients as a licensed cosmetologist.

An active member of North Terrace Church of Christ, Abby volunteers with the youth and serves as a greeter.
